Charity Golf Sponsorship Form (VENDORS)

The Greater Southwest Chapter of Credit Unions is pleased to invite you and your staff to its charity golf outing! This will give your company a chance to advertise and network with credit union decision-makers from the entire southwest corner of Michigan!

This year’s outing will allow our Chapter to support charities in our communities with grants to fund programs, as well as to support our local MCUL chapter and MCULLAF.

When: Wednesday, August 23, 2017

Time: Registration begins at 8:00am; Shotgun Start at 9:00am

Where: Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club

Cost: $250 includes golf for one, a continental breakfast, lunch at the turn, and dinner, and a tee sponsorship. Additional golfers from your company will be $100.00.

    • Includes logo on each drink ticket. Each participant will receive two tickets.

    • Includes signage in dining room.
